The Last Straw
OK so we have been working with a real estate agent with buying and selling our house and now we are burned out! yeah I know only 5 days and I can't handle this anymore. She just does not listen! we say "hey this is all we can afford" and she says "this only ONLY 5 thousand more than your max you can make it work" I want to scream... HELLO do you hear yourself it's five thousand more than we have NO we can not make it work. Plus this lady knows my mom and actually called her and talked about us to her. She told her "Oh this is such a good deal, don't you think so?" and more bull-winkle like that. It's funny but my mom told her "I don't think they should move so no to me it's not a great deal. Plus Jared and Kassie know what they can afford better than I do so maybe you should listen to them" Wahoo go mom! I was so mad when my mom told me that Jared and I have decided that if we sell our house for the amount we want then we will sell and buy a different home but if not then we just won't move. It's not a big deal we just wanted a bigger house we don't need a bigger house. It's funny we have packed so much stuff it makes our house seem so much bigger. Ha maybe all we need to do is have a garage sale hehehe. Ugh... ok so now my one good thing, Having to make the house open house worthy has made us do all the little things I never thought we would do. Planting grass, fixing floors and what not. We also found out that Jared is a much better handyman then he or I ever gave him credit for. He and his brother replaced ALL of the old plumbing in both bathrooms, fixed the sprinklers, sheet-rocked holes (that they made) sanded cabinet doors put in new vents in the hallway and will be tape and texturing the garage next week. I am so grateful for their hard work and for the help of Josh's new girl friend last night with the packing. (I'll save that for a different post) So overall even though we had a bad experience with our agent I do feel blessed to have GREAT family and friends.

Let Down
So we did our offer on the house and the owners sent back what they wanted then we sent back another offer and they still couldn't do what we needed to get the house so... We are going to look at other houses. I'm bummed, that house was Us. Inside and out there are other home of course but I don't think we will get to stay in our ward. We tried right? Anyway, we have had our house on the market for 4 days now and already have a call on it! They want to see it on Tuesday. I have so much packing left to do and cleaning! WOW! It would be easy if Parker was a little older I just can't seem to do much before he needs to nurse or be changed or be entertained. Aurora is easy I can put a Disney Sing Along on and she dances and sings for hours. we are having Aurora's carpet in her room cleaned today so I need to get ALL of her things out that will be a mighty task. If only I had super speed ;)

Hoping*Praying
Jared and I have been thinking of moving to a more suitable home for our family, the house we have now is nice but lacks the storage we need. 2 kids and all the toys that comes with them seems to need more room then we have. So we have decided to make an offer on a nice house I saw was for sale while Visiting Teaching. It happened so fast my head is still spinning I'm excited but dread the moving process. We have things that need to be done to our home before we move and it seems so daunting now. Re-paint the kitchen, fix the tub, finish the garage, plant grass, pack things we can live without. My parents are heading out of town next week so Jared will be working all week with no day off! We need to get it all done fairly soon so the house can be shown. I wish I could freeze everything except Jared and me so I could get it all done in one day. I remember a movie about that, you had you wear some watch or touch who was wearing the watch and everything slowed down. I wanna do that, not just for moving but for everyday tasks too. If I forget to cook dinner or don't get to cleaning the house before Jared gets home just hit my super time watch and zap no worries dinner is done and the house is clean! Can you say Super Mom!!!! So anyway, we are hoping and praying that everything goes well to get our house sold and get our new house.

Girls Night with the boys
At about 5:30 today my mom called and asked if I wanted to have a girls night I was excited cuz we NEVER do that. So we left Jared, Josh and Parker and went to dinner. We had planned to go bowling, Aurora like to bowl. So we went and at 7 therew was an hour wait ugh Aurora can't wait that long so we tried to find something else to do but in our town thats kinda hard. BUT WAIT! We still have a skate rink Wahoo we're saved.
Driving the motorcycle

I know my strengths and inline skating is NOT one of them. So we called Jared cuz it is one of his. (you should see him go he is really good) When Jared, Josh and Parker show up we get our skates on and and start showing Aurora what to do. Oh it was so fun I am so glad my mom thought of it.

let me do it myself!
While trying to teach Aurora she was seeing all the big kids go fast and really wanted to be like them so she fell a lot but had a blast! We are sure to return PS they have Family night Fridays where a family of 4 get in for 20.00 (you can even take the little strollers for the non walking babies and push them around the rink while you skate) I am so impressed with how family friendly it was. We had a great girls night out with our boys.

The Best day EVER!
Today was Jared's day off so first off he let me sleep in it was so fansastic! then we had to take advantage of the weather so we played some tennis with some friends (Meghan, Loron & Bryce Ashcroft) I am not very good at tennis but I'm not horrible at least not normally, so when I suggested we play boys vs girls I was not planning on losing 9 of 9 matches. Darn, poor Meghan was very patient with me even though I was almost the sole reason we lost. After tennis we stopped by the house to change into shorts. It was way to pretty for pants today. Then onto lunch at DQ, ice cream was a nice suprise for Aurora. After lunch we decided to go to the park for some more fun in the sun. While Aurora played on the equipment Jared, Jared's brother Josh and I played squares. You remember that game from elementry? Normally 4 people play in numbered squares and toss a kick ball from one square to the other, trying to make the person ahead of them miss the ball and send them to the lowest numbered square. I had to leave early to do so Visiting Teaching but all in all today was simply wonderful. I love Jared's day off, I miss him so much during the week it's just perfect to have him home. I wish I had him to myself but thats another thing totally.

There is Sunshine!
Oh my today was so B-E-A-UTIFUL! We played tennis last night and froze but today was just perfect! We went to the park and Aurora being her outgoing self made some new friends. The mom of these kids was so sweet, I had to feed Parker so I couldn't help aurora with the swings so this mom stepped in and played with my bossy little one " Push me to higher" Aurora would say.
I don't know if this women was a member but she sure showed me and my family wonderful kindness. I am so grateful for the good people that are still out there willing to do little things for strangers.

!!!!Newest Feat!!!!
Wahoo... Parker has rolled over! He has done a lot of twisting but could never get his arm out to make it the full roll over. He preformed this great task and now he's a pro!
I can not believe how amazing babies are. One day they are trying their hardest to do something, and the next they do it all the time like they were born doing it. Not only has he reached a wonderful milestone but now he is working on crawling!
It makes me sad sometimes to know that my last baby it growing so fast. Yesterday Jared said he feels like Parker has been around forever, time is going so slow. What! My mind is hoping time will stop just so I can keep my sweet baby for longer. Funny how different our minds work.
No Joke!
Ok so my Husband got me an "upgrade" ring for our 4th anniversary. In his Family most of the girls got an upgrade within the first couple years so we are the last to do it. Anyway he got me this Amazing ring from Kay! It is 2 karats all together. I only wear it to church and out to dinner things like that I dont like wearing it around the house because it is big and gets in the way when I'm messing with the kids. I went to put it on Last week and OH MY JEEPERS 2 diamonds are missing! What the crap! Thank Goodness we got the warranty but now I am without my ring for at least 3 weeks. I was so upset I almost cried. anyway when I get the ring back I'll put up a picture of it.
This is the middle part of the ring (1 karat)... I added one 1/2 karat band onto each side as well the diamonds were missing out of the center square. (picture from kay site)
